This evening, experienced culinary instructor, Chef Richard McPeake, will help you discover that, with a little bit of know-how and the proper techniques, your risotto will turn out perfectly, every time. Once you learn the basics of preparing risotto, you’ll be astounded at the many variations such as creamy risotto AND a savory beer risotto (that’s cooked with beer - duh) that you’ll learn to prepare to change it up! A great fundamentals class for the home cook.
