Class Description: 

Attention all beer nerds and hops afficionados!  Grab your sweetie (or love yourself and come solo – no judging here) to kick off our Valentine’s Weekend of Love with an amazing one-of-a-kind food & beer pairing dinner event featuring international acclaimed Brewmaster Steven Pauwels, Belgian native and legendary brewer of Boulevard Brewing Co. (think creator of the iconic Smokestack Series among so many others) and a mind-blowing beer-pairing menu designed by 40+ year Executive Chef and American Royal Grand Champ Richard McPeake. 

There will be inside stories by other local suds celebrities, perfectly paired beer & food courses, killer cooking demonstrations, recipes, a souvenir branded beer glass gift and tons of beer-loving fun. 

Consider yourself even luckier in ‘beer love’ because we will have the LAST case of Love Child No. 9 produced by Boulevard ‘in da house’ for this event! You heard me….the LAST case. Let’s give it an honored send-off shall we as we taste it for the last time in tandem with a perfectly paired chef-designed dish? 

In addition to that legendary brew, Chef will tip his culinary hat to the infamous Chocolate Ale (It IS Valentine’s Weekend you know!), but not in a way that you might expect. Also honored will be a preview of one of their brand-spankin’ new IPA beers, a very special ‘Quirk-tail’ and some surprises! 

Think dishes such as  Tanked-Up Smoked Beef Ribs with Drunken Sailor Mushrooms served over “All Ale The King” Risotto.  Or maybe you would prefer ‘You Can Be My Wingman Anytime’ Grilled Mole Glazed Wings with Mini Ale Biscuits.  See what I mean? Prepare to have your mind blown.

So…this beer event doesn’t sound like any fun at all.  I wouldn’t sign up if I were you. :) No really, this would make a GREAT Valentine’s gift for your fav beer lover. 

NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
