Class Description: 

Grab your BFF and join us as we celebrate Valentine’s Day with a special girl’s night out!  You and your besties will roll up your sleeves and dive into the decadent and addictive world of chocolate as you learn to make super trendy hot chocolate bombs – the perfect Valentine’s Day treat.  

We’ll get this party going with a super yummy Galentine’s Cocktail –a pink, fizzy, fun, and delicious creation sure to get your creative juices flowing. Then, you’ll tie on an apron ‘cause Professional Pastry Chef Natasha Goellner is in 'da house to show you how to make cut edible chocolate bomb treats – from start-to-finish.

Chef is a graduate of The French Culinary Institute, past owner of Mulberry & Mott and currently the Pastry Chef at The Antler Room – and she has mad chocolate bomb skills. (Yep, that's a real thing.)  She'll drop some knowledge on you like tips for choosing the right chocolate, tempering, molding techniques and more. 

Then you’ll try your hand at this fabulous Instagram-worthy treat. Plus, you’ll get to take home a chocolate bomb to enjoy with your special someone…..or not! A perfect night out with your gal pals!

NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
