Class Description: 

Join us for an interactive evening of pizza-making fun with our own Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt. 

She won’t waste any time as she gets things started by teaching her favorite homemade pizza dough recipe. That’s right, the flour will be flyin’ as you learn make your own batch of pizza dough, from scratch! 

Culinary techniques and great recipes will flow as Chef Jill shows you how to use it to make several yummy pizzas with a variety of interesting toppings.  Kiss those take-out pizzeria menus good-bye!

NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer or wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
