Please be advised that our kitchens work with gluten flours and other ingredients so this class would not be suitable for someone who cannot be in the same room/area where gluten is handled.
So, you’re hosting a party and wondering what to prepare for a gluten-free guest? Don’t worry if you’re drawing a blank because tonight’s instructor Tracy Richter has got you covered. She’s the real deal when it comes to healthy cooking and brings a ton of knowledge to the table. She’s pulling out the stops as she shares some of her favorite dishes that are both gluten-free and vegan.
You’ll learn simple and delicious recipes like Kale Brussels Sprouts Salad, Cauliflower Buffalo 'Wings' with dipping sauce (perfect for serving before the big game!) and tasty (and addictive) potato bites. Tracy will also whip up a yummy dessert sure to please.
As always, you’ll taste the dishes taught in class in class, plus take-home the recipes so you’re armed with great options that you’ll be delighted to serve to your gluten-free and vegan friends and family.
NOTE: Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
