BBQ + BOOZE = A Fun Friday Night Cooking Class!

There really IS a lot to learn about barbecue and its relationship with beer, liquor and wine which has made this very popular class a staple in our Midwest BBQ Institute Program™.
Tonight, Bruce Campbell, the food and beverage guy with 25+ years in the restaurant business, will teach us some barbecue recipes utilizing beer, liquor, and wine. We’ll learn how to pair beer (and wine!) with barbecue as we learn to prepare: Honey Bourbon Pork Loin, Burnt Ends, Smoked Sausage Sliders, Borracho (Drunken) Beans and Grilled “Drunken” Pineapple with Dark Rum, among other BBQ delights.
While we’re at it, we’ll learn some cocktail mixing skills and some great beverages like the “BBQ Bloody Mary”. We’ll also play ‘Guess that Beer” and learn to pair wine with BBQ ”! Sounds like fun, huh?
