Gather your friends or that special someone and join us in our kitchen as we learn to prepare the consummate Chateaubriand dinner. We're talkin' fancy beef tenderloin, people! And, hey, if you are going to spend your hard-earned money on high quality ingredients, you need to know how to cook it correctly, right?
Tonight, you'll work in small groups and help prepare some of tonight’s extraordinary dishes alongside Chef Richard McPeake – graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, cookbook author and culinary instructor extraordinaire!
Chef Richard is professional and passionate about sharing some of his favorite recipes including an elegant Chateaubriand entree, a wonderful ‘starter’ with mushrooms and seafood, White Cheddar Potatoes, and a fantastic roasted vegetable dish. For dessert, he’ll dazzle us as she shows you how to make his Award-Winning Chocolate Nut Gateau with Chocolate Ganache.
In the end, we’ll raise a glass of wine and toast the enjoy the elegant meal you’ve helped to prepare. What a menu…what a night!
