The comfort foods we know from our favorite diners and dives became iconic places to eat.....because WE LOVE THE FOOD! It may not always be the fanciest but darn it, it’s good!
Join Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt as she takes you on a journey through a sampling of the delicious foods of the diners and dives. You'll learn die-hard favorites like Chicken & Waffles, Disco Fries (say, what?) and fantabulous Whoopie Pie Milk Shakes. Whoa. As if that isn’t enough…you’ll also get to tie on an apron and get in on some of the cooking fun!
NOTE: Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
