Join us for a special cooking class where you'll learn to create a delicious brunch menu for you to enjoy as a special treat for your family and friends.
You'll sit back and relax as our own Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt leads this morning’s class in her signature easy-to-understand teaching style…sprinkled with humor and lots of great pro tips. She'll walk you through the steps to create the perfect brunch menu and you’ll come away with some recipes that will become part of your regular repertoire, to be used over and over. Why? Because they are really tasty.
She’ll demonstrate culinary fundamentals like basic knife skills, pan-searing, sauce-making techniques, baking tips and more while teaching you to make popular brunch dishes like Eggs Benedict by teaching poached eggs the classic way on your stove top and with a sous vide, as well as Pan Seared Salmon with a lovely light Dill Sauce dish. She'll also make a super simple (super tasty!) Lemon Blueberry Quick Bread. So darn good! Along the way, Chef will share her make-ahead tips, presentation and lots more. You'll get to taste everything prepared in class, plus leave with all the recipes so you can recreate them at home.
