Class Description: 

Today, you’re in luck when you get what you have always dreamed of… a delicious Asian dinner along with awesome lessons in cooking like a rock star from our own Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt.  Get ready to learn some of the fundamentals of basic Asian cooking from an experienced culinary pro.

You’ll learn how to prepare classic Asian dishes such as Spicy Sichuan Dumplings, Minced Pork with Noodles, Soft Spring Rolls with Thai Peanut Dipping Sauce, and Chicken Lettuce Wraps which you’ll get to taste as we go through each dish. For a sweet Asian treat. So good!

You’ll walk away with tons of information on how to cook these authentic Asian delights in your own kitchen.
