The Pavlova is a show-stopping dessert. Named in honor of the Russian ballerina, Anna Pavlova, this particularly dreamy meringue dessert is truly magnificent and deliciously easy. Especially when you have perfect instructor to show you how it’s done.
Professional Pastry Chef Natasha Goellner will expertly guide you through the entire process. She’s a graduate of The French Culinary Institute, past owner of Mulberry & Mott and currently the Pastry Chef at The Antler Room. She’s the ‘real deal’, folks, so you can expect to learn lots of expert tips and techniques from this culinary pro. She'll walk you through the steps to make your own pavlova with a delicious melt-in-your-mouth lemon meringue. So, strap on your ballet (er…baking) shoes…you’re gonna want to pirouette after you learn to make the fabulous Pavlova!
