Hands On | Tasting & Take-Home Pasta Dough

This evening you’ll learn to cook tasty Italian cuisine from one of the best. Our own Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt is an engaging culinary instructor with an easy-to-understand teaching style – plus, she’s lots of fun!
You’ll get your “Italian on” as you tie on an apron and follow along as Chef Jill shows you, step-by-step, how to make a batch of handmade pasta dough. She’ll also discuss how to properly care for, use, and store your pasta-maker so that your equipment is ready to go the next time you have a craving for fresh pasta noodles.
Then, Chef Jill will move seamlessly into a sauce-making lesson she shows off her mad cooking skills while preparing a hearty Bolognese Sauce, the ever-popular Fettuccini Alfredo, and more. And, of course, we’ll end on a sweet note with homemade Cannoli – that you’ll get to help fill! We guarantee a fabulous Saturday night of Italian cooking fun!
