Class Development: 

Join us for one of most popular cooking classes where you’ll enter an amazing culinary experience with one of the best in the business.  It’s your chance to step behind the scenes and into the world of a culinary pro. Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt will lead our culinary journey and teach you the ins & outs of cooking authentic Thai cuisine. She’s an engaging culinary professional who knows her way around a kitchen and her teaching style is lots of fun and easy to understand.

Get ready be impressed when Chef Jill shows off her mad cooking skills while showing you how to create classic Thai dishes like the oh, so popular Pad Thai, Moo Tod (crispy fried pork), Soft Spring Rolls with a spicy Peanut Sauce, and more.  She’ll also include a lesson how to use a kitchen torch to create a decadent Coconut Cream Brulee. Fancy!  You’ll get in on some of the cooking activities and, in the end, taste everything you’ve help make during this most interesting culinary experience.

NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
