Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt will walk you through the steps to make your very own apple pie from start to finish … all from scratch!  You’ll learn fundamental techniques for making a versatile pastry dough that has endless uses. We’ll discuss freezing your pies, how to choose just the right apples (or other fruit) for delectable pies, baking tips, presentation ideas, etc. It’s hands on all the way as you roll up your sleeves and create your own fresh apple pie ready to take home and pop into your oven. What a special treat for your family and friends!
