Class Description: 

Here’s a class where the phrase “stuff it!” is not considered a bad thing.  In fact, it evokes images of soft pillows of pasta filled with flavorful combination of meats, vegetables, and cheeses. 

Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt will lead tonight's interactive class as she walks you through the process and teaches the techniques of making stuffed pasta.  You’ll soak in the knowledge with Chef Jill....she's passionate about teaching folks to cook....and always with her easy-to-understand style.

You'll get your hands in the flour and help with some of the cooking activities while you discover the secrets to making a simple homemade Egg Dough, then learn step-by-step how to create one of Chef’s favorite fillings. And that’s not all, you’ll also learn to make Manicotti and classic Italian Cannoli. Fuggedaboudit!  

Everyone will take home some hand-made ravioli and you’ll leave the class “filled” with confidence to make stuffed pasta in your own kitchen. 

NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
