Yes, you CAN follow a plant-based/vegan diet and still enjoy Italian food! Tonight’s instructor, Bruce Campbell is in our kitchen and ready to teach you how it’s done. He’s designed this delicious Italian cooking class that includes several dishes that are not only very delicious, but also completely plant based.
You will begin with a yummy Tuscan Vegetable soup. Oh, and did we mention this informative class also includes a lesson on fresh eggless pasta-making? Well, it does. In addition, Bruce will teach essential culinary techniques while showing you how to prepare Italian delights like Polenta with a Roasted Vegetable Marinara Sauce, a tangy Cucumber and Tomato Salad, and we’ll round out our plant-based menu with a flavorful Pasta Primavera. After all your hard work, Bruce will whip up a to-die-for Lemon & Zucchini Cake. Yum. Plus, you’ll get to help prepare some of these delicious dishes....and taste everything, too.
