An Authentic Mexican Cooking Class - Enchilada Heaven!

Class Description: 

Grab a group of friends or your favorite senor or senorita and join Chef and Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt as she teaches you how to create authentic Mexican Enchiladas! Chef Jill is mucho fun and eager to share her passion for cooking Mexican cuisine. 

You’ll get to assist Chef with some of the cooking activities as she teaches one of the most popular Mexican dishes –homemade Enchiladas. We like choices…and so does Chef Jill so she’ll cover two versions - Cheese Enchiladas with a Red Chile Sauce and Suiza Enchiladas con Pollo. That's not all, folks.....you’ll also learn to make Mushroom & Poblano Enfrijoladas, and, finally, we’ll cool things off with a delicious Chile Lime Mango Smoothie.

NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
