Chinese “Take-Out” Favorites

Chinese food is one of the most popular take-out choices…..because we all love the fresh tastes, crisp crunch, and flavorful combinations. Who doesn’t! Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt is passionate about Asian cuisine and tonight she’ll focus on some of her favorite Chinese “take-out” dishes.
We learn best by doing, so we’ll put on an apron and get our hands in on some of the prep and cooking alongside Chef Jill (you’ll LOVE her) as we learn how to make: Crab Rangoon, Lo Mein, General Tso Chicken, and the ever-popular Fried Rice. What an incredible line-up! You’ll leave this class armed with time-tested recipes, essential techniques, and the knowledge to make your OWN “take-out” favorites!
NOTE: Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
