Class Description: 

Get ready to learn some scrumptious make-ahead recipes that can be prepared in advance, allowing you more time to enjoy yourself and still have delicious dishes to bring to the family get-togethers or to serve up for guests at your home, or for quick family meals. Who doesn’t like to save time, right?

Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt is a rock star in the kitchen, and she’s eager lay some knowledge on you so you can minimize effort and time commitment using some of her favorite make-ahead techniques and time-saving tips. 

You'll discover baking fundamentals while learning one of Chef Jill’s favorite make-ahead desserts - It freezes well, if needed, so you can easily make it ahead of time, and then just pop it in the oven to bake! Next, you’ll learn to make some of her all-time favorite make-ahead dishes like a spicy soup and comforting casserole. Yum! Your family (and YOU) are sure to love these tasty dishes learned in this informative class. Plus, you’ll get to help Chef with some of the cooking activities and leave with all the recipes, too.
