Class Description: 

Korean food is a popular for take-out option, but it’s actually not difficult to make this spicy cuisine in your own kitchen. Join Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt as she shows you how while walking you through popular Korean dishes like Beef Bulgogi, and more.  She’s an engaging culinary instructor who makes learning to cook, fun!  You’ll learn lots of basic culinary skills while Chef Jill teaches authentic recipes that are sure to satisfy your cravings for this unique cuisine.

As always, you’ll get to taste everything taught in tonight’s class, plus leave with the recipes and confidence to recreate them for fabulous Korean delights that are sure satisfy your body and ‘Seoul’. 

NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
