Old School Mexican Favorites featuring Chili Rellenos

Class Description: 

This is a perfect chance to grab some “caballeros” and add a little spice to your life….(and your menus) as Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt takes you on a journey south-of-the-border to recreate some of her favorite Mexican dishes!

This authentic menu is sure to heat up your repertoire with gems like Mini Avocado Toast with Grilled Shrimp and Chipotle Bacon (you heard me… bacon!), a colorful Santa Fe-inspired salad, Chili Rellenos with a kick-butt chile sauce, and a sweet dessert to cool things off. You’ll taste everything prepared in class, plus you’ll even get some hands-on cooking time alongside Chef Jill in this class, too.

NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
