Class Description: 

The curry will be flyin’ in our kitchen this evening (along with all kinds of other tantalizing Indian spices!). Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt has designed tonight's cooking class with a flavorful menu centered around Chicken Biryani - a delicious one pot meal guaranteed to satisfy your taste buds with tantalizing Indian cuisine. You’ll learn classic side dishes that pair perfectly with our entrée - all with fabulous tastes and fragrant aromas, and “knock-your-socks-off” flavor profiles. And you'll get to help with some of the cooking as you work along this engaging culinary professional. Come learn why Indian food is one of Chef Jill's favorite cuisines.

NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
