Spice up your life (and your cooking) with a fun evening of Middle Eastern as culinary instructor, Chef Reyam Yas, leads tonight’s interesting cooking class. She’s an engaging professional that grew up with this flavorful cuisine. She’s passionate about middle eastern cuisine and eager to share with you the stories, traditions, and recipes that were served from her family’s middle eastern kitchen.
You’ll sit back and relax as Chef Reyam takes the mystery out of using spices by understanding each spice and its contribution to the taste of a dish. Plus, you’ll learn how they’re used in recipes as Chef shows you step-by-step how to make traditional Tahini Kofta served with accompaniments like a salad, rice dish, and more that will add different texture and flavor to your meal. As always, you’ll taste everything learned in class, and leave with the recipes so you can recreate them for family and friends.
NOTE: Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
