Class Description: 

Join us for this super fun Saturday night cooking class where we’ll learn to make an Italian classic - ricotta gnocchi – those heavenly little dumplings that melt in your mouth!

Tonight’s experienced instructor Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt will show you how making ricotta gnocchi (pronounced "nee-okkee") is a little more forgiving than the traditional potato gnocchi and, in her opinion (and ours!), even tastier, so it’s a perfect variation to add to your repertoire.  She’ll also teach a few sauces that pair up perfectly with the gnocchi. Plus, you'll get to tie on and help with some of the cooking activities....and you'll leave with your own homemade gnocchi, too!

Trust us, your friends and family will be so impressed when you serve these gems, they’ll be clamoring for seconds…and thirds!  A great way to unwind with your favorite group of friends or your special someone!
