You’ll toss away any fears you might have of working with the paper-thin sheets as culinary instructor, Chef Reyam Yas, helps demystify this versatile dough. It’s easier than you think!
She’ll offer expert tips and demonstrate essential techniques for working with phyllo as she walks through demonstrations of delicious treats like Baklawa, spinach puffs, and more. You’ll taste everything prepared in class and leave with all the recipes and the confidence to create beautiful phyllo creations in your own kitchen.
