The versatile pate a choux dough takes center stage during tonight’s interactive pastry class. Your experienced instructor, Chef Reyam Yas, will walk you through the steps to create fabulous pastries – from start to finish.
You’ll tie on an apron and assist Chef Reyam with some of the cooking activities as she teaches essential culinary techniques and expert tips learned from her many years of baking experience while showing you how to make your own batch of pâte à choux dough. Then, she’ll show you how to pipe it and bake to create light & airy cream puffs (two ways!), and more.
Hold onto your chef hats, though, because Chef will also cover amazing fillings for our beautiful baked pastries and explore the proper ways to fill them. An essential fundamentals class to add to your repertoire.
NOTE: Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
