Class Description: 

Grab your pals and join us for a fun Thursday night culinary experience as Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt takes you back in time on a journey through a sampling of the delicious foods of iconic diners and dives.

You'll learn die-hard comfort food favorites like Chicken & Waffles, Disco Fries (say, what?) and fantabulous Whoopie Pie Milk Shakes. Whoa. As if that isn’t enough…you’ll also get to taste everything your served up in class…plus you’ll leave with the recipes so you can recreate these tasty gems at home.

A great way to kick off the holiday weekend with friends or a unique date night with your sweetie. 

NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
