Class Description: 

Join us for a fun night in our kitchen as you learn to prepare authentic Asian cuisine from a culinary pro. Chef Gary Hild is an engaging culinary instructor and an experienced culinary professional, and will share his expert tips on how the perfect ingredients will “make” classic Asian dishes.

You’ll sit back and relax as Chef Gary shares some really great recipes and essential cooking techniques as he teaches the Asian classics like the uber popular Vietnamese Pho, including homemade broth, Homemade Pot Stickers, including Asian dumpling-making techniques, then a fabulous Vegetable Chow Mein.  Chef Gary will also show you how to make steamed White Rice that will turn out perfect every time.

Don’t miss this great Asian cooking class with recipes that you’ll want to recreate at home, over-and-over again.
