A Great British Baking Class…. with a Friendly Competition!

Class Description: 

Cheerio! Let’s learn to bake like a Brit with our own Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt in this interactive, super fun baking class and friendly competition.

Get ready to learn lots as Chef Jill dazzles you with her expert culinary skills, and essential cooking and baking techniques while creating a favorite British savory bread, classic English spice cake and a charming dessert that is fit for a Queen. (Yes, of course, you can show us your best Queen wave! Did you even have to ask?)  Once you have the basics down, you'll be set loose to create your own similar works of culinary art. 

Our CCKC Judges will be in place to review your creations and they’ll dutifully choose who is today’s Baking Star (or Stars!) and walks away with the prize.  But, of course, we all know that everyone will have created something yummy and beautiful, so the real winner is, well, everyone! Prepare to be amazed at your own darn self and have loads of British baking fun, too!
