Class Description: 

Tonight, it’s all about pickling as we learn the process from start-to-finish with a true pro. Pickling is Jack Williams' passion. Period. He’s a bona fide expert at the art of pickling and is excited to lead this introductory class and share his vast knowledge of pickling, including teaching some of his favorite pickle recipes.

He’ll start things off with a quick history of pickle-making, then he’ll dive right in and explore the basics like equipment, brining, timing, and of course, packing and filling techniques, pro tips for sealing the jars…and everything in between. You’ll also get to taste the delicious pickles taught in class and walk away with all the recipes so that you can make them at home.

Jack is eager to answer all your questions and so much more.  Bottom line……if learning how to pickle is on your bucket list (and why wouldn’t it be?), you won’t want to miss this class!
