In tonight’s interesting class, you’ll learn some of the fundamentals of basic Asian cooking as you learn to make fresh, flavorful dishes with Chef and Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt. She’s an engaging instructor with years of experience under her toque, and passionate about teaching folks how to cook with her easy-to-understand teaching style. You’re going to love her, promise!
Chef Jill will guide you through tonight's Asian cooking class as she teaches essential techniques like knife skills, sautéing, sauce-making and more, while showing you how to make classic Asian dishes such as Spicy Sichuan Dumplings and Minced Pork with Noodles, plus a lesson on Fried Rice. You’ll get to help with some of the cooking activities, and walk away with the recipes, along with tons of information on how to cook these authentic Asian delights in your own kitchen.
NOTE: Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
