This evening, Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt will share her expert tips and teach fundamental cooking techniques as you learn to make pasta dough, from scratch, as well as authentic Italian dishes that are perfect for both entertaining as well as for quick weeknight meals.
You’ll get your “Italian on” as you tie on an apron and follow along as Chef Jill shows you, step-by-step, how to make a batch of handmade pasta dough. Then, Chef Jill will move seamlessly into a sauce-making lesson she shows off her mad cooking skills while preparing a hearty Bolognese Sauce, the ever-popular Fettuccini Alfredo, and more. And, of course, we’ll end on a sweet note with homemade Cannoli – that you’ll get to help fill! We guarantee a fabulous night of Italian cooking fun!
