Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt will lead our culinary journey and show you the ins & outs of cooking authentic Thai cuisine. She’s an engaging culinary professional who knows her way around a kitchen and her teaching style is lots of fun and easy to understand.
Get ready be impressed while Chef Jill shows off her mad cooking skills while she teaches classic Thai dishes like the oh, so popular Pad Thai with shrimp, Moo Tod (crispy fried pork), Soft Spring Rolls with a spicy Peanut Sauce, and more. She’ll also demonstrate how use a kitchen torch to create a decadent Coconut Cream Brulee. Fancy! You’ll get to help with some of the cooking and taste the dishes taught in this class…..plus, you’ll leave with the recipes so you can make recreate at home.
NOTE: Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
