Cook Like A 'Wok' Star! An Interactive Wok 'n Roll Cooking Party

Class Description: 

It's Friday night so join us as we stir up some cooking fun! Stir fry is one of the most versatile cooking styles and, tonight, you’re in for a treat as you learn from a culinary pro! Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt IS a bonafide 'Wok Star' AND one of our most popular instructors. Asian cuisine is one of her specialties, and she's excited to share her expert tips and techniques for perfect wok cooking. Plus, you’ll love her relaxed and informative teaching style. 

First, she’ll talk about basic equipment requirements for perfect wok cooking including how to choose a wok or pan that works best for your heat source, and why. Then on to the best part of the class as you tie on an apron and help with some of the stir-fry cooking activities as Chef Jill “woks” you through the steps to create an awesome menu that includes Chinese Noodles with Prawns and Pork, Stir-Fry Honey Chicken, Braised Bok Choy and more.

Of course, you’ll get to taste everything taught in class….and you’ll ‘wok’ away with all the yummy recipes, too…..we wouldn’t have it any other way! Grab your friends or your sweetie for some Friday night wok-cooking fun!
