It’s time to impress your guests by adding some unique and sophisticated appetizers to your repertoire! With a little inspiration and some interesting ingredients, your next cocktail party will be the one they remember!
Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt is talented, engaging and ALWAYS impresses with her menus. Not to mention, she’s lots of fun! Be prepared for entertaining as Chef Jill shows you how to make some of her favorite party pleasers: a creamy Herbed Goat Cheese Brulee, fancy-schmancy Beef Tenderloin Sliders with homemade Horseradish Sauce, Cheesy Shrimp Ciabatta, and Pao de Queijo (aka Brazilian Cheese Bread – yum!) Wow.......these tasty treats are sure to impress your guests!
Chef Jill is great at showing you ways to make amazing appetizers that don’t cost an arm and a leg (but look and taste like they did!), and has some creative presentation ideas to share, too. She’s also BIG on doing things ahead of time, so she’ll teach us some time-saving advance prep work so you can spend party time with your guests, and not in the kitchen! You’re welcome.
