Class Description: 

The tastes of Texas are as varied as its people, yet Texas cuisine still generally remains true to a tasty blend of Mexican and old-time ranch favorites that are characteristic of the border regions of Texas and Mexico. (a/k/a Tex-Mex). 

Let’s explore this cuisine the one and only Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt. She can’t wait to drop some culinary knowledge on you as she shows off her smokin’ hot culinary skills while teaching you to prepare spicy dishes like Queso Fundido, super yummy Beef Puffy Tacos along with a traditional side dish.  In the truest of Tex-Mex flavors. we’ll end with Churros with Chocolate Sauce. Now, that sounds sooo good, doesn’t it?  Yahoo! Hop on your horse, and join us, won’t you?
