Jump on board the spiralizer train and learn all about how to use this versatile kitchen tool to make delicious ‘zoodle’ dishes using fresh vegetables. One of the best things about veggie spiraling is being able to turn high carb pasta dishes into healthier 'zoodle' dishes. Zoodles are super simple to make, incredibly versatile in their use – and loads of tasty fun, too!
Healthy cooking instructor, Tracy Blizman, is excited to show you how easy it is to turn fresh veggies into delicious zoodle magic as she teaches how to use a spiralizer tool along with other healthy cooking tips and techniques.
Then you’ll learn how to use the fresh veggie zoodles to create incredibly tasty dishes like Zucchini Zoodles Alfredo. Yum. Folks, spiralizers aren’t just for zucchini. Tracy will also show you how to use this handy-dandy tool to create a savory butternut squash zoodle dish – perfect for the cooler weather that’s just around the corner. How 'bout that! These are tasty meals that you can have on the table in a flash, and your family will love.
