Class Description: 

Executive Chef Richard McPeake will lead your though tonight’s menu especially designed for elegant entertaining.   You’ll start your evening with a glass of wine as you enjoy the Jack Cheese & Smokey Chipotle Cheese Dip that will be waiting for you when you arrive.  Then, Chef Richard will dazzle you with his culinary skills as he prepares a real-deal Caesar Salad, made like real chefs make ‘em. 

Next, you’ll tie on an apron and work in small groups as Chef teaches culinary techniques like proper stuffing, breading and pan frying that you’ll get to practice as you assist Chef in the preparation of tonight’s fabulous entrée  - Chicken Cordon Bleu.  Our menu will also include an elegant sauce and savory Puntette that will be served on the side. Finally, you’ll sit back and relax as Chef Richard creates his famous Strawberry Chocolate Fancy dessert, right before your eyes. Wow! This would be a perfect night out with friends or your special someone. 

NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
