Class Description: 

Our own Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt is so darn excited about teaching tonight’s fabulous Greek dinner menu. Seriously, she's obsessed. There’s no need to wait for the next Greek Fest to experience real Greek food – Chef Jill has got you covered!  She’ll lead you through a complete Greek dinner – from start to finish – as you learn loads of culinary techniques and sample great recipes that you can recreate at home. Promise.

You’ll get in on some of the cooking fun as she walks you through our mouthwatering menu: Chicken Gyro (a classic!), made-from-scratch Flatbread along with authentic Greek side dishes to perfectly complement our meal. We’ll end with a delicious dessert - Baklava, with a twist!  Opa!

NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
