Who says you have to use an outside grill to achieve those addicting smoky flavors? Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt is here to show you how Indoor grilling can achieve the same results, in the comfort of your air-conditioned kitchen.
Tonight, she’ll share some of her ‘tried and true’ tips and secrets to achieve maximum flavor by using simple stove top smoking and indoor grilling techniques. She’ll teach important details like choosing the proper ingredients, temperature setting and various grilling methods that will affect the flavor of your food as she walks you through incredibly tasty dishes like stovetop smoked pork tenderloin, grilled chicken thighs with a special ‘kick’, and her favorite spice rubbed grilled steak. Plus, delicious grilled Portobello mushrooms, for a light and healthier option.
Bottom line…. you’ll walk away with some fabulous recipes for “knock ‘em dead” grilled and smoked dishes that can be enjoyed any time of the year.
