A Taste of ‘Little Italy’ - New York-Style Pizza, Chicken Spiedini & More!

Class Description:

Tonight, we’ll pretend we are in New York’s Little Italy and learn to cook and eat like an Italian. Chef Jesse Vega is and experienced instructor and a consummate culinary professional. He’s eager to lead tonight’s New York-inspired Italian cooking class as he makes you feel right at home with his signature easy-going teaching style.

You’ll sit back and relax with a glass of wine and Tuscan pork rib appetizers. Then Chef will show you how to make ‘Real’ New York-style pizza. He’ll start off with our pizza lesson as he teaches you to make several mouthwatering pizza pies - right down to the homemade dough, pizza sauce and fresh toppings. To-die-for.

Next, he’ll teach essential culinary techniques as he walks you through pan-grilled Chicken Spiedini served with creamy Gorgonzola pasta.  Finally, Chef will whip up a decadent ice cream dessert that’s a little piece of Italian heaven on earth. Fuggedaboutit.

You'll taste everything taught in class, and leave with all recipes, too.  What a perfect way to unwind with friends or enjoy a unique date night with your sweetie. Molto Bene!
