(No Longer Available) Oaxacan Nights! A Flavorful Evening Of Regional Mexican Cuisine

Demonstration Class | Dinner
Thu 9/15/22 6:30-9:00 p.m.
Class Description:
Join us as we journey south-of-the-border and enjoy the exquisite regional Mexican food from the city of Oaxaca – the birthplace of Mole Sauce – that luxurious dark sauce made with chiles and just a hint of Mexican chocolate. Located in southern Mexico, this gorgeous city is one of Mexico’s major gastro-historical centers that boasts cuisine that is well-known around the world.
You’re in for a treat as Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt teaches fabulous dishes while while dazzling with her expert culinary acumen as she creates tonight’s Mexican meal. Our menu features Smokey Guacamole, Oaxaca-Style appetizer, followed by a crisp regional salad. Next up, one of Chef Jill’s favorite dishes - Mole Verde with Chicken served with Oaxacan Black Beans and Rice on the side. So good. Finally, you’ll be treated to a classic creamy custard dessert with fresh berries for a sweet ending to our Latin meal.
