This author finds herself compelled to share some news of a most extraordinary nature. The Ton’s very own Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt will be premiering the Culinary Center of Kansas City’s first cooking class inspired by the popular books and hit TV series, centered around life in London during the Regency-era.  (Psst…those of you ‘in the know’ will surely understand.) 

This is guaranteed to bring excitement and adventure to all that experience this truly remarkable celebration of all the delicious cuisine our esteemed society has to offer as you learn, and taste dishes like Savory Scones with Clotted Cream, Roast Chicken with Herb Gravy, and Yorkshire Pudding. You'll also have a few fancy cocktails inspired by the hit series like Cherries Jubilee.

Please consider this exclusive announcement your personal invitation to join Chef Jill for a night of romantic interludes and intrigue; or at the very least a tremendously delightful evening of outstanding culinary magic (and a whole lot of fun).
