Gather a group of friends or treat your honey to a unique date night as you learn to make Chinese take-out dishes. Chinese food is one of the most popular take-out choices because we all love the fresh tastes, crisp crunch, and flavorful combinations. Who doesn't! So why not learn to make it in your own kitchen!
Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt is passionate about Asian cuisine and, tonight, she’ll focus on teaching essential culinary techniques as she walks you through some of her favorite Chinese take-out dishes.
We learn best by doing, so you’ll put on an apron and get your hands in on some of the prep and cooking alongside Chef Jill (you’ll LOVE her) as we learn how to make Crab Rangoon, Lo Mein, General Tso Chicken, and the ever-popular Fried Rice. Plus, you’ll get to taste all these incredible dishes you’ve helped to prepare and leave with the recipes, too! No more take-out for you!
NOTE: Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
