Cake Decorating 102: Fancy Roses, Flowers & More! (For Adults 18 & Older)

Please note that this class has been designed for students 18 years and older.  Your registration tells us that all registered students are at least 18 years of age. We apologize but we cannot make exceptions.

Note: Cake Deco. 101 is not a pre-requisite to register for this class.

Class Description: 

Up the ante with your cake decorating skills with today’s experienced instructor and expert cake decorator Rachel Van Stratton as she teaches some fancy-schmancy decorating techniques. 

She’ll start this fun 3-hour class by quickly running through a few decorating basics.  Then, she’ll show you how to use a flower nail and various tips as you learn how to make beautiful (and easier-than-you-think) icing roses, and more cool decorating techniques. Fancy and very do-able!

Get ready to wow your own darn self as you practice these new skills and decorate your own take-home mini cake. You’ll garner valuable hands-on experience as well as step-by-step instructions. 

NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
