Class Description: 

Gather a group of friends and head on over for a night of cooking fun – Little Italy-Style!  Bruce Campbell will teach you some of his favorite Italian recipes in a fun and relaxed way.

He’ll start off with a lovely salad. Then, move right into our cooking lesson as he teaches you the simple steps to making homemade egg pasta. Next, the cooking fun begins as you throw an apron on and learn the “well” technique and work alongside Bruce to make homemade Fettuccine and a cheese-filled Tortellini.  Plus, two classic Italian sauces to enjoy with your fresh pasta.  We’ll finish with a sweet Italian dessert. Mangia!

NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
