Class Description: 

Tonight, you’ll be whisked away to the "Big Easy" for an evening of fantastic N’Awlin's-inspired food and drink as instructor, Bruce Campbell, leads the way. 

You’ll be greeted with a tasty Creole Dip and a Hurricane, the most famous (or infamous) of Bourbon Street cocktails.

There’s no imbibing on an empty stomach in this part of town, so we’ll dive right in as you sit back and relax while Bruce shows you how to prepare authentic tastes and aromas of New Orleans right before your eyes.

Our scrumptious menu will feature authentic Bourbon Street delicacies like Shrimp Po’Boy, Smoked Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya, and a southern-inspired Black-Eyed Pea Salad. And, it goes without saying that we’ll enjoy Bread Pudding that’s topped with a delicious Bourbon Sauce and served with Café Diabolique. Ayeee!

NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
