Tonight we’re taking a “soup-er” trip to the east coast as we learn to make some iconic dishes of New England. "We’re talkin’ ‘Chowda Bobby!” Chef Nancy Vendetti is an engaging culinary instructor who grew up in Rhode Island, just a stone’s throw from Boston, Her authentic ‘east coast accent’ comes with a deep passion to share her talents by teaching some of her favorite foods from this region.
Tonight, you’ll sit back and sip on a glass of wine or beer as she walks through the steps to create Manhattan Clam Chowder, New England Clam Chowder and Clam Cakes. These are seafood staples found at all Rhode Island seafood shacks that evokes crashing sea shores and sailing ships. Of course you’ll sample everything taught in class. Take it from us, ya beddanot miss this one!
NOTE: Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
