Chef Nancy Vendetti is passionate about teaching the Italian cuisine she grew up making with her family. Tonight, she’ll teach you how to create homemade pizza pies from scratch by starting with the fundamentals of excellent homemade pizza dough. Then you’ll learn how to use it effectively in four different pizza pie recipes.
Next up, you’ll don an apron and get some flour on you as you make your own dough from scratch and create a pizza to bake off and enjoy in class. If that’s not enough to fulfill your pizza dreams, Chef Nancy will show you how to create a yummy blueberry mascarpone dessert pizza. Pizza for dessert? Who knew!
