Today’s instructor, Chef Nancy Vendetti, is an experienced professional with many pastry and baking awards under her toque. She’ll get things started by walking you through the fundamentals of creating the perfect sweet pastry dough.
Next, you’ll learn about balancing the flavors and baking plus choosing the right seasonal fruits as you learn to make two delicious fillings. You’ll get your hands in the dough as you work alongside Chef Nancy and create your own tart to take home and share with your family.
